Air By Lexvor Inc. encourages open, respectful, and responsible discussions across all of its communication platforms.

This Commenting Policy governs how users may post, share, or respond to content on or through Air By Lexvor’s systems, including but not limited to:

• Text or chat interactions via SMS, RCS, or MMS
• Air’s AI communication interfaces
• Public feedback forms and discussion sections
• Official social media pages and partner campaigns

By posting or submitting any message, comment, or communication through Air By Lexvor Inc., you agree to comply with this policy in full.

02Conduct and Community Standards

All users are expected to act responsibly and respectfully. You may not post, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes or condones illegal activity, violence, or harm
• Uses obscene, explicit, or offensive language or imagery
• Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or intent
• Spams, solicits, or promotes products or services without authorization
• Violates any law, regulation, or the rights of another person

Air By Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to users who violate these standards, without notice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you share. You agree not to:

• Post misleading, false, or fraudulent statements
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Post private, confidential, or proprietary information
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets

Air By Lexvor Inc. and its partner, Lexvor Inc., are not responsible for verifying or endorsing the content posted by users.

04Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Threats, violent content, or incitement of harm
• Political or religious campaigning
• Malware, phishing links, or attempts to harvest user data
• Commercial advertisements not authorized by Air By Lexvor
• Any material that violates federal, state, or local laws

Violations of these prohibitions may result in suspension, removal, or referral to law enforcement when necessary.

05Moderation and Enforcement

Air By Lexvor Inc. employs both automated and manual moderation tools to maintain a safe and compliant environment. We may, at our discretion:

• Delete, hide, or restrict access to comments or users
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts with repeated violations
• Retain records of interactions for compliance or investigation purposes
• Report unlawful content or credible threats to authorities

All moderation decisions are final. Users wishing to appeal a moderation action may contact customerservice@airbylexvor.com.

06Ownership and Rights

By submitting a comment, post, or communication, you grant Air By Lexvor Inc. and Lexvor Inc. a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for purposes of moderation, analytics, security, or promotional activities.

You retain ownership of your content but acknowledge that Air By Lexvor may store, analyze, or remove it in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

07Privacy and Data Handling

All user comments and interactions may be logged for quality assurance, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

Personal information, such as names, addresses, or phone numbers, will never be shared or made public without explicit consent, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Air By Lexvor operates in partnership with Lexvor Inc., which provides telecommunications infrastructure and compliance oversight.

08Reporting Violations

If you encounter a comment or interaction that violates this policy, report it immediately to customerservice@airbylexvor.com.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken to maintain a respectful and compliant environment.

09Liability Disclaimer

Comments and opinions expressed by users do not represent the views of Air By Lexvor Inc., Lexvor Inc., or any affiliated entity. Both companies assume no responsibility or liability for content posted by users or third parties.

Air By Lexvor reserves the right to remove or restrict any user-generated content at its discretion.

10Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with the following regulations and standards:

• 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act)
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) digital conduct and endorsement guidelines
• Federal Communications Commission (FCC) consumer communication standards
• Applicable state and federal privacy and anti-harassment laws

All disputes or claims related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Air By Lexvor Inc. is incorporated.
